Administrative Support [Belgium]


 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Language Requirement : DUTCH and ENGLISH

As an Administrative Officer you will be part of the Product lifecycle Management project (PLM project), which is focused on implementing Teamcenter as a business platform for product development across Europe.

Your tasks include:

- Administrative and organisational tasks

- Input of required information in software tools

- Assisting in project management

- Assisting in the prep and organisation of testing, training and project meetings

You will work in a team of other PLM project members, PLM key users but also with other departments such as IT and external parties.

Our ideal Administrative Officer has following traits:

- A bachelor's degree

- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint

- Knowledge of TeamCenter and Visio is a plus

- Knowledge of Sharepoint or PLM is a plus

- Solid knowledge of English AND of Dutch

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: €275.00 - €300.00 per day

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
