At Euroclear, we understand that people are at the heart of our organisation and to be successful in our long-term vision we need to not only attract the skilled professionals but also plan the development of our future forces. We therefore decided to strengthen our Recruitment Team with the Campus Recruitment Coordinator who will be our liaison with universities and external partners in engagement and recruitment of students and graduates. The Campus Recruitment Coordinator will work closely together with the Campus Strategy Lead and our recruiters to identify potential campuses, partnerships, and events to support engagement, branding, hiring, and D&I initiatives.

The core responsibilities will include establishing multiple partnerships and collaborations and handle planning and execution of engagement activities linked to these new and current partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and collaborate closely with partners globally to develop a year-long market engagement plan for engagement and recruitment activities (e.g., fairs and partnership events).
  • Collaborate with campus representatives to plan and prioritise partnerships based on business needs.
  • Collect graduate and candidate insight data to support long term campus strategy.
  • Attend University career fairs, engage with primary target groups (students, graduates, faculty, and staff) to build a strong employer brand among campus communities.
  • Report on recruiting metrics after every career event, including number of candidates identified and processed.
  • Screen and segment CVs into relevant talent pools to facilitate effective hiring for our different business divisions.
  • Advertise current open roles to online and offline student and alumni communities.
  • Actively participate in crafting, driving, and supervising social media campaigns linked to campus engagement and recruitment.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with educational institutions.
  • Strongly explore and establish hiring, branding, reskilling, and D&I campus partnerships in- global markets.
  • Proactively propose initiatives and process improvements to develop effective methods and tools for campus recruiting.
  • Finally, you may be asked to perform other various administrative duties related to campus recruiting.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong experience in:

  • Effectively recruiting talents in cooperation with the universities and/or other educational institutions.
  • PMO/coordinating function within the recruitment area.
  • Branding and brand management including social media content creation, tools, and campaigns.
  • Emerging talent acquisition and sourcing.
  • Experience working in a large, global, and matrixial organisation.

  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within timelines.
  • Good networking and coordinating abilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and hiring methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.

Work arrangement: hybrid work (4 days a month in the office).
