- You are responsible for optimizing the onboarding process, ensuring the seamless integration and successful contribution of new team members.
- You identify learning & development needs and implement tailored programs to enhance employees' skills and performance. Individual development plans are created to foster growth and success.
- You contribute to designing, improving, and implementing effective HR policies that align with business objectives and legal requirements.
- You actively engage in employer branding activities to enhance the company's reputation.
- You organize diverse initiatives, including team-building events, social gatherings, and other programs to foster team spirit and boost employee engagement and motivation.
- As the primary point of contact, you provide prompt support for HR-related inquiries, effectively address conflicts, and promote a culture of open communication within the organization.
YOUR PROFILE
- You demonstrate substantial experience attracting and developing talent, preferably within the consultancy industry.
- You possess a genuine passion for understanding and supporting people. Your strengths include strong listening skills, empathy and the ability to recognize and address individual needs.
- Your proactive and reliable nature inspires and motivates those around you.
- You have excellent language skills, with fluency in Dutch, English, and French, enabling effective communication with employees and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
