In this role you will build high performant agile squads and enables them in their effort toward efficient and flexible way of working. You will make Agile work on squad level and adopt the right agile framework. You will also ensure a fast value delivery flow through the squads.Your profile
We are looking for a freelance Scrum Master with at least 5 years of experience. You have experience working with Jira and Confluence. You are someone who can work in an Agile way and knows how to operate in a complex environment.
What you'll get in return
For this project we work with a daily rate based on your experience. This is a long term project of at least 6 months.
