Ensure optimal functioning of on-site and remote users, providing support for hardware and software (computers, peripherals, printers, smartphones)- Identify trends and problem areas, offering potential solutions
- Contribute to the continuity and future development of the company
Key tasks:
- Support new and existing users in their daily operations, troubleshooting, and escalating to the second level when necessary
- Assist the local IT Manager in task and project development
- Independently analyze and resolve problems
- Play a role in configuring the network and computers
- Advise and monitor security aspects
- Support inventory management
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in ICT-related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft-based environments
- Familiarity with network infrastructure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach
- Basic knowledge of SAP (ERP) is a plus but not required; additional training will be provided
- Proficiency in both Dutch and French languages
