This group role, located in Belgium, is part of the team designing and implementing the company’s sourcing, quality and R&D business processes and IT tools to support.

MISSION

  • You contribute to the optimization of the R&D processes (way-of-working) for better managing the company’s R&D pipelines (raw material research, innovation pipeline, customer opportunities) and R&D sharing initiatives.
  • You contribute to cross-site and multi-functional process improvment projects within the R&D function, ensuring to accomplish the assigned projects on-time and within budget.
  • You facilitate the interface with the IT-department by collecting the business requirements and implementing the R&D processes and reporting tools into Solina’s digital tools.
  • You help with the integration of R&D processes and (digital) tools of the recent and future acquisitions or new regions.
  • You (co-)coordinate organizational changes in the R&D platform.
  • You back up for the PLM Product Owner.

PROFILE

  • You have a Master degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent
  • Experience in a technical/scientific organisation is a plus
  • You are a result-oriented project manager and you focus both on quality and meeting deadlines.
  • You are positive and energetic, assertive but constructive with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • You will be travelling 20% of your time ( >30 R&D sites and growing)
