Working in the Roll-Out team
Ensure the timely end-to-end build-up and roll-out of both HFC and FTTH according to the predetermined milestones.
Your tasks as Service Delivery Manager – FTTH Delivery
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for obtaining effective, efficient performance from the FTTH roll-out partners:
- You will form a bridge between FTTH rollout partners and Telenet.
- In consultation with stakeholders, you determine the strategy, roadmap, working methods and most appropriate resources within your operational domain.
- You ensure that the partners carry out the operational activities correctly by monitoring, analysing, reporting and taking corrective measures in line with the priorities and objectives established through the budget, key performance indicators and service level agreements.
- You identify issues and drive transformation, continuous improvement and cost leadership.
- You build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders.

Our ideal Service Delivery Manager – FTTH Delivery
- Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax) and telecommunications technology
- Knowledge of financial instruments
- At least bilingual: Dutch and French, preferably also English (spoken and written).
- You have excellent analytical skills and an aptitude for conceptual thinking combined with a pragmatic approach.
- You are customer oriented, strongly communicative and have project management skills.
