About the role
This role aims at supporting the Senior Brand Manager (CBL) in Breast Cancer through developing and rolling out key projects.
Main responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of a Therapeutic Area Tactics together with the CBL, cross-functional teams and global teams
- Contribute to the design and implementation of medico-marketing projects and promotional material.
- Recommend and discuss new and innovative ideas and/or brand developments
- Accountability with the CBL for the planning, spending & controlling of budgets agreed for own area of responsibility,
- Support project training and ensure field-based teams have excellent materials and knowledge
- Get a thorough understanding of the physicians, health care providers and patients in Breast Cancer
- Develop innovative programs and projects together with internal and/or external support.
- Visit key stakeholders in the field on a needed basis
- This is an individual contributor role, within a cross functional team
About you
Education: University degree in business with 2+ years experience in Oncology/specialist pharma markets Marketing
Language skills: English (C1), French or Dutch (C1)
Others:
- Computer literate.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured and organized.
- Able to work in (remote) teams, very good communication skills, open and constructive communication style
- Social skills that enable to build partnership relations internally and externally
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Team player
