Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced External Communication Expert to join our team. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for three key pillars:
1/ Branding and Above the line campaigns

3/ Content generation
As a skilled communicator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, driving engagement, and effectively reaching our target audience.
Responsibilities
Branding and ATL Campaigns:
- Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and consideration in the Belgian market, with the final objective of generating more demand of our products and services.
- Monitor on a daily basis our ATL campaigns, to coordinate and align with broadcasters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create impactful ATL campaigns, including TV, radio, digital video, ...
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all ATL channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
PR and social media organic communication (leveraging external agencies):
- Work closely with external PR agencies to develop and execute PR strategies, building positive relationships with relevant media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain an active presence on social media platforms, engaging with the target audience and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Create compelling and shareable content, including articles, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Collaborate with external agencies to manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting and results.
Content Generation:
- Develop a content strategy aligned with the brand and target audience, focusing on video and picture-based content.
- Coordinate and oversee the production of highly relevant assets, managing external partners with “fit for purpose” and cost control perspectives.
- Capture visually appealing pictures that effectively convey brand messages and engage the audience.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, is optimized for various platforms, and supports overall communication objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch with English proficiency as an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in external communication roles, with a focus on the Belgian market.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing branding and ATL campaigns.
- Good understanding of PR and social media strategies, including experience working with external agencies.
- Proficiency in content generation, particularly in video production and photography.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
