YOUR MISSION:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be given the freedom to arrange your day yourself, take on responsibilities, show initiative. Some fixed responsibilities that you will already receive from us are:
Liaising with business departments to determine recruitment needs
Determining selection criteria, direct hiring profiles, and sourcing strategies
Posting job ads on the selected medias
Sourcing potential candidates through job boards and social medias
Screening candidates via calls or emails
Conducting face to face or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
Documenting processes and keeping good relationships with candidates
Drafting proposal and employment contracts
Ensure a smooth onboarding for new hires.
Campus recruitment and employer brand marketing YOUR PROFILE
Graduated from Business School with major in Human Resources
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment field
Good knowledge of hiring platforms attracting suitable applicants
Proficient in social media with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, team-work spirit and proactive attitude
