- You have solid experience as a leader and you are a real team player, which enables you to solve problems and make decisions in a challenging and ever-changing retail environment.
- You challenge both yourself and your team to exceed the expectations of our customers and constantly find new and better ways of working.
- You protect the relevant, attractive and strong character of the IKEA brand by drawing on your creativity, graphic skills and good sense of aesthetic.

- You have a qualification in visual merchandising and/or a great deal of experience in the industry. You are able to use general computer applications that are used in your job, such as AutoCAD 2D and 3D.

- You translate the business plan of the store into specific action plans for your department.
- You think up interior solutions that improve home life and you put the customer at the heart of everything you do
- You recruit, develop, inspire, engage and lead your team in achieving the goals, with the aim of long-term growth and profitability.

- . You use the floor plan of the store as a commercial tool to implement the commercial strategy and plans. In doing so, you create a good overall view and a strong visual impact.
